IMC Planning, Execution & Reporting
- Responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing communication (IMC) activities for OWNDAYS.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports on marketing performance, sales (weekly, monthly, quarterly), promotions, competitor activities, and campaign evaluations.
- Track and manage A&P budgets with timely and precise reporting (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
- Provide insights, recommendations, and key learnings to optimize future marketing programs.
Brand Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan, write, and prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly social content calendars to support campaigns and strengthen brand presence.
- Work closely with Designer and Brand team to prepare POP materials for promotions, ensure proper printing, and coordinate timely delivery to stores.
- Responsible for planning and executing new store opening programs, ensuring strong brand visibility and traffic generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Legal, CRM, etc.) to deliver campaigns and activations.
- Manage marketing promotions, in-store activations, and digital/social activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor activities and deliver timely analysis.
Partnership & Collaboration
- Propose, plan, and execute partnerships with agencies, malls, banks, and vendors to deliver effective co-branded programs.
- Work directly with influencers/KOLs when required, from proposal to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Handle dedicated marketing responsibilities for OWNDAYS as the priority brand, as directed by the Group Marketing Manager.
Cross-functional & Digital Marketing
- Coordinate with CRM and Digital teams to manage fan page content, digital campaigns, customer engagement, and complaint handling.
- Ensure content quality and alignment with both regional and local brand positioning.
- Review and refine creative content to maintain brand direction and standards.
Sunnies Studio (10%): Handle brand marketing activities including POP printing for promotions, social content preparation, and budget/expense reporting.
Other Duties: Perform additional assignments as directed by the Group Marketing Manager.
