Job requirement

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand trends and characteristics in the fashion industry.
  • Analyze competitors to propose improvements and capitalize on strengths.

Development of Marketing Plan:

  • Build and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for fashion brand.
  • Create innovative advertising campaigns across various online and offline platforms.

Customer Engagement and loyalty:

  • Engage with customers through various channels, responding to inquiries, and gathering feedback.
  • Implement plan to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Collaboration with Internal and External Partners:

  • Work with internal team (design, visual merchandising, and product team) to align marketing efforts with new product launches and fashion collections.
  • Work with share service team: PR & Partnership Executive, Content Executive to meet deadlines, ensure brand DNA to drive traffic to store and cross sale.
  • Ensure the brand is associated with brand guideline, values and styles that align appropriately.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns to propose improvements if yes.
  • Utilize data to measure ROI and marketing strategy effectiveness.

Implementation of Content plan:

  • Develop and manage communication content across online platforms.
  • Create high-quality content to enhance brand DNA, brand awareness and engage with target audiences.

Influencers Collaborations:

  • Identify and research fashion influencers to amplify brand reach.
  • Coordinate influencers / KOLs marketing campaigns, ensure alignment with brand DNA, brand strategy.

Job requirement

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management.
  • Previous experience in the fashion industry or with international brand is an advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of fashion trends and the global market.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly with workload & working environment.
