Job Purpose:
To plan and execute marketing initiatives across both content and product marketing, with a focus on the Auto Identification Solutions (AIDC) industry. This role requires a generalist mindset, combining strong storytelling with product understanding, and a solution-oriented, customer-centric approach to drive awareness, engagement, and sales support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Content Marketing
· Create and manage B2B content (articles, blogs, videos, case studies, whitepapers) that educates and engages target audiences.
· Translate technical product features into clear, compelling messages that highlight customer value.
· Build thought leadership content that positions Ricoh as a trusted solution provider in the AIDC space.
· Coordinate and contribute to multimedia content production, including video scripting, visual storytelling, and basic editing
· Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery across channels (website, social media, email, etc.).
2. Product Marketing
· Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand product capabilities and customer use cases.
· Develop product messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement materials (brochures, datasheets, presentations).
· Support product launches and campaigns with tailored content and communication plans.
· Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning and messaging.
· If not from the AIDC industry, demonstrate strong research capability to quickly understand product logic and customer applications.
3. Research & Insights
· Continuously research industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
· Use insights to refine content strategy and product messaging.
· Track performance metrics and optimize based on data.
1. Industry & Experience
· Experience in the Auto Identification Solutions (AIDC) industry (e.g., barcode/RFID, label printing, scanning, warehouse automation) is a strong advantage.
· If not, must demonstrate:
o Strong research skills and ability to quickly understand technical concepts.
o Proven experience in B2B content marketing or product marketing, especially in complex or technical industries.

Experience or familiarity with marketing tools such as:
· Google Analytics and other analytics platforms (for performance tracking and content optimization)
· Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore) is a plus
· Video production tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
· Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
