Marketing Executive (Administration & PR Focus)

Department: Regional Marketing
Reports to: PR & Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration: Oversee all marketing administrative tasks, provide general support, and assist with management responsibilities as needed.

• Campaign/Event Execution: Support the planning and execution of strategic PR campaigns and corporate branding initiatives across regional markets.

• Media Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and internal teams to develop and distribute social media content, press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials.

• Content Management: Create and update company information across media platforms, official websites, and internal communication channels.

Requirements: 

• 1–3 years of experience in event marketing, marketing administration, PR, or communications. 

• Willingness and ability to learn about the biotech field, from basic to advanced levels. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail. 

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with design or video editing tools is a plus.
