Job requirement

  • Collaborate closely with the R&D team in developing new products: conducting consumer insights research, identifying trends, and proposing product concepts.
  • Take charge of developing product concepts and brand positioning that align with the target audience.
  • Build and execute integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans for each product or campaign across both online and offline channels.
  • Manage content for all brand-owned channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website, and in-store POSM materials—ensuring consistency in tone and brand message.
  • Coordinate with external partners/agencies to roll out marketing activities including content production, KOLs/influencers management, media booking, etc.
  • Analyze market performance and consumer feedback; provide data-driven proposals for campaign improvements.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; preference given to candidates with experience in FMCG, beauty, or personal care industries.
  • Proven experience in product development from ideation to market execution.
  • Strong leadership, proactiveness, and ability to take ownership of projects.
