As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a Marketing Development Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, data-driven insights, and strong collaboration with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Marketing Strategy & Development (20%)
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for B2B clients in the paper trading industry.
- Focus on lead generation, brand positioning, and market penetration.
Data Analysis & Reporting (60%)
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to deliver actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Continuously refine marketing strategies based on data findings.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytics tools is essential.
Sales Support & Development (20%)
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
- Create marketing collateral and support lead nurturing processes.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance to improve conversion rates and drive business growth.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, market analytics, or sales (experience in trading, industrial, or logistics sectors preferred).
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including lead generation and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into marketing actions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign management tools.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) – mandatory.
Preferred Profile
- Age 25–35 years old (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and results.
- Experience in paper trading or commodity markets is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
