Get to know our Team:

The team will responsible in providing Driver Content Marketing direction and strategy, collaborate with internal teams leveraging Marketing Automation Tools such as LeanPlum and Top of the Line advertising across Google and Social Media platforms also offline media (events, collateral)

Get to know the Role:

This role is responsible for driving the oversight of Driver Marketing for Greenline Taxi. This includes Driver Demand Generation and Retention. Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of TPI marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. 


The day-to-day activities:

  • Oversight in developing Driver Campaign Marketing Strategy for Greenline Taxi
  • Leading new product launching
  • Drive Quarterly Driver Marketing Plan & communication effectiveness reporting for Indonesia
  • Develop & execute driver marketing campaigns across online and offline channels in across awareness, retention and demand generation objectives
  • Manage Driver Marketing Budget Plan
  • Collaborate with Creative Team/or Outsource asset development to agencies also Social Media, Event, Media, PR team
  • Manage Media planning across multiple channels, both offline and online.
  • Develop and maintain marketing relationships with Influencers, Blog networks as well as Forum Webmasters
  • Become the go-to authority in Driver Life Cycle within the country. Understanding driver pain points  and challenges.
  • Drives both qualitative and quantitative research across driver segments and verticals
  • Collaborates with P.R team on local news and influence PR content calendar in country.
  • Comfortable with analyzing data and develop marketing actions from it.
  • Effectively manage the response to incidents, issues or crisis situations, and manage programmes to mitigate negative impacts of incidents affecting Grab

The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree (no preference in field)

  • At least 5 years of working experience in Multinational Companies.
  • Good-to-have: integrated communications

  • Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)

  • Experience working in a regional or global team in a fast-growth company

  • Hands-on, proactive and self-driven

  • Creative thinking and inherent drive and curiosity to push new angles and ideas

  • Experience in launching new product/ brand successfully
