Get to know the Role:
Marketing Area Executive is someone who responsible to translate strategy into execution planning, have strong on the ground knowledge of city that assigned to determine right channel of communication. Aside than that, he/she will be fully responsible for making sure marketing campaign, marketing offline activity, branding and sponsorship then monitoring its effectiveness and efficiency. They will work with all area marketing in each cities to ensure good Grab presence in the city and competitor analysis.
The day-to-day activities
- Work with local team to define marketing activities that he/she want to create in each cities in order to implement the strategy for all vertical
- Manage and monitor given budget that allocate for their cluster
- Make sure all activities that create in their cluster align with strategy and support growth of the cities
- Analysis performance of city and how to improve for better performance
- Make sure each cities meet target (for all vertical)
The must haves:
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Good in written and spoken English
- Excellent in data and analytical skills
- Excellent in presentation, negotiation skills
- Excellent in government affairs skills
- Minimum more than 2 year experience in trade marketing
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
- Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
- Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point
- Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
- Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets movement
