a. Understand Kudo’s agents and customers through both internal and external data analysis, helping to define how these findings should influence the overall marketing efforts.
b. Establish innovative strategies to understand and solve complex marketing problems: reach valuable data driven insights, through the discovery of patterns and trends; testing and evaluating various marketing mix models; formulating and designing data pipelines to monitor key metrics for the marketing teams
c. Develop a marketing analytics team; on a day-to-day basis, you will be need to lead and develop the team, but also collaborating and participating hands-on in multiple marketing projects
d. You will work very closely with the Head of Marketing, and various leaders in the marketing organization; the team as a whole will be enabling the entire marketing org, while working closely with peers on the broader analytics team (Business Intelligence and Data Analytics).
