Get to know the Role:

First line of contact for Grabs Express prospects. Helping reach out to prospects visiting Grabs website and engaging with content on Grabs Social channels. Ensures that leads are ready and qualified for further engagement. Provide prospects information about Grabs solutions and services. As well as gathering information about the prospect. e.g linked in, company website facebook page etc.

If a prospect meets the qualification criteria and had shown in engaging with Grab Express the MDR will start by delivering an offer. If the prospects accept, the prospect will be introduced to an account executive. at this point the prospect will become a sales qualified lead.




The day-to-day activities:

  • Provide baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in provided account management system including comprehensive and up-to-date client information.
  • Develop superior customer service relationship with prospects.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve organizational goals.
  • Utilizes creative and professionally aggressive marketing, business development and client penetration/retention strategies in driving market share and profitable revenue growth.io
  • Develops a thorough understanding of the market place (competitor information, Consumer understanding, current future market opportunities. Works proactively with the account executives to properly leverage


The must haves:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools and research
  • Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+)
  • Energy and desire to make numerous (30+) phone calls daily
  • Ability and aptitude to perform high level demonstrations of Grab Services
  • Hunter’ mentality in seeking out new business
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships with prospects, customers, and partners Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Sales, Customer Service or equivalent
