MARCOM DIRECTOR

Mô tả công việc

1.Reports to: CMO

2. Place of work: Head office

Address: 72, Nguyen Co Thach, An Loi Dong Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

3. Responsibilities:

• Systematizing communication activities of the sectors, ensuring consistency in the communications activities of Loc Troi Group.

• Maximize the effectiveness of Marcom activities through budget and KPI

• Building a KPI system to evaluate the effectiveness of Marcom activities

• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop strategies, plans and implement communication activities in accordance with the strategic direction of the corporation and each industry to achieve brand and business objectives.

• Collaborate with media providers, giving quarterly and monthly media reports

• Creating ideas and coordinating with relevant personnel, suppliers to build a marketing content system to meet LTG's business and communication goals; Example: contents of POSM, fanpage content of each industry ... etc ...

• Organizing bidding programs, selecting the most effective suppliers to implement marketing activities in accordance with the company's regulations.

• Building relationships with communication channels such as television, newspapers, Radio, online ... etc ... to deploy information promotion programs of media campaigns

• Responsible for implementing communication activities including ATL & BTL

• Managing and operating the operation of marketing commnunication department (MarCom) including: ATL, BTL, product.. etc ..

• Monitor and evaluate promotional activities of LTG suppliers

• Monitor and evaluate competitors' promotional activities and have appropriate reciprocal recommendations

• Analyzing and evaluating monthly communication results and adjusting plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with Marketing departments of industries to propose and manage corporate and related communications budgets.

• Perform other relevant work as required by the CMO.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Undergraduate Degree, MBA preferred
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • At least 10 years of experience in doing Marcom in various companies in the FMCG industry, with priority given to Agricultural Input.
  • Priority for experience in marketing FMCG industry.
  • Experience in advertising and media companies. Media includes traditional media and online media.
  • Experienced in planning and implementing large integrated communication campaigns
  • Good relations with media agencies, media providers, TV program organizers
  • Ability to analyze, understand data, design, write reports and recommendations on research results
  • Able to work under short deadline and high pressure; can business trip far away.
