Job Description
Build operation model
- Conduct related research to benchmark, hypothesize and test the business model from zero to one.
- Build and upgrade the strategy to deliver aggressive growth for the unit.
- Set ambitious business objectives and development goals, develop a detailed business plan, and implement effective action plans for achieving set targets.
- Monitor market trends, demand vs. supply, and make adjustments in terms of strategy and planning where necessary.
Client acquisition
- Develop plans and execute/lead the execution to acquire potential clients for the business units.
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the business development team.
- Design attractive schemes and implement an effective sales process to boost the performance of the business development team.
Team establishment & management
- Design the org chart of the unit.
- Conduct analysis to improve team structure and way of working to drive growth and productivity.
- Oversee the interviewing, recruitment, and training of qualified personnel to ensure an effective workforce.
- Set targets/KPIs for the whole unit.
Performance management
- Manage the P&L of the unit.
- Supervise and direct the day-to-day operation of the unit to ensure that the unit is meeting its goals.
- Monitor the plan & activities of the functional managers/leads to ensure compliance with set standards and procedures for operation.
- Conduct analysis to generate insight and recommend changes as may be required.
