Get to know the Role:
This person is responsible for marketing strategy, planning and roll out of GrabPay across all cities in Malaysia via multi use cases and building consumer cashless payments habit
The day-to-day activities:
- Develop short and long-term customer-centric marketing strategies to acquire and retain consumers on GrabPay.
- Responsible for launch and 360 degree Go-To-Market strategies for GrabPay channels and all relevant use cases (including airtime, bill payment, peer-to-peer transfer, offline and online acceptance, etc.)
- Develop collaborative marketing partnerships with GrabPay merchants and strategic partners to create win-win campaigns.
- Manage ongoing relationship with bank and issuance partners, ensuring any committed marketing exposures are met and post-campaign tracking and analysis is in place.
- Work closely with merchant marketing, finance planning, business operations and product teams
- Drive need for data analytics and consumer research for marketing campaign planning
- Oversee and assist on campaign execution, where necessary
- Monitor competitive landscape effectiveness for events, redemptions, offerings, campaigns and partner feedback.
- Work with Creative team for briefs and marketing communications requirements.
- Provide insights to drive the direction of payments offerings to ensure relevancy to customer needs and wants.
- Forecast and manage budget for GrabPay marketing spend.
The must haves:
- Min. 5-7 years in consumer marketing environment (e.g. fintech, banking, telecommunications, e-commerce) with exposure to online and offline integrated marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or advertising
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.

- Campaign planning and account management experience would be an added advantage.
