We’re looking for a Market Research and Insights Manager to join our Regional Marketing team as we are experiencing tremendous growth across the region.
Get to know the Role:
Understand business needs and work objectives from various stakeholders within Grab and launch relevant research studies to further answer business needs.
The day-to-day activities:
Launch relevant research studies to further answer business needs which include end to end project management from questionnaire design to analysis and report writing.
For studies launched externally, manage research agencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
For studies launched internally, to script the questionnaire via internal survey tool, select the right channel to target respondent and manage responses to complete fieldwork efficiently.
Analyze relevant data sets and propose actionable activities that would support necessary reporting, decision-making and marketing campaign planning process.
Work well and support Marketing team requirements in terms of data analytics and numbers reporting.
The must haves:
Bachelor degree preferably with a focus on Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, Economics with interest in Marketing.
At least 7 years of experience in market research.
Strong problem definition and solution skills, combined with an intellectual curiosity and love of learning.
Advance working experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Good oral & written communication skills in English.
Strong relationship building & interpersonal skills.
