Get to know our Team:
The Marketing Technology team works closely together with cross-functional teams spanning Marketing, Product, and Engineering. The core goal of the team is to help the Marketing teams be more effective in their workflows end-to-end or provide new capabilities, whether that's by developing new internal products, processes, or implementing external vendor solutions.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Act as the interface between Engineering, Product, and Business functions to enable all Marketing teams to scale their workflows and increase efficiency
  • Shape the future Marketing Technology stack and roadmap with a clear understanding of the business needs and the impact various solutions will have
  • Balance short-term business goals with the long-term vision and constantly explore quick “wins” that deliver an outsized business impact
  • Work across all our Tech families to ensure that new products are planned and developed effectively while keeping Marketing objectives and needs in mind
  • Responsible for the scoping and evaluation of new technologies to support our long-term paid media needs and strategies
  • Build in-house tools and capabilities to ensure the tools used on various are effective and optimized
  • Able to clearly articulate and present the “buy vs. build” question to stakeholders across the organization, particularly within the Marketing department
  • Maintain strong technical and industry know-how by remaining in touch with our various media channels and partners
  • Perform a first-level vendor negotiations for any necessary external tools
  • Ability to forecast and do basic budgeting for potential external vendor solutions


The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or experience in high-growth or early-stage start-ups
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with diverse teams across multiple countries
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience with Marketing functions and core metrics/KPIs driving the organisations
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of the AdTech and marketing tech space
  • Can lead the sourcing and evaluation of new ad technology solutions and present findings for internal stakeholder review
  • Analytical, well-versed in A/B testing and aware of relevant marketing / tech KPI set
