Get to know our Team:
You are a marketing person whose unique specialty is developing win-win marketing partnerships from scratch. You enjoy creating them, pitching them, monetising/selling them, executing them.

This role is responsible for ensuring the GrabRewards catalogue contains exclusive offers that are relevant to Grab users.

General Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners.
  • Manage the GrabRewards inventory.
  • Negotiate attractive commercial offers with partners.
  • Weekly reporting to management.
  • Work with internal stakeholders on driving usage of GrabRewards.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Functional - Identifying partners to pursue and optimize the partnership ROI models to ensure our customers can enjoy the greatest offers of the program.
  • Set, track and analyse the performance of offers on the platform and spending, and ensure all initiatives meet strategic and financial objectives of the company.
  • Serve as a key member of the loyalty business team to drive overall loyalty strategy.
  • Customers - Manage GrabRewards Merchants
  • Financials - Prior experience in marketing/partnership is a plus point.
  • People - This role requires the individual to work well with internal and external parties.
  • Able to manage both junior operational staff as well as business stakeholders.
  • P&L responsibility


The must haves:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience with 2 years in partnership.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (words, power point and excel).
  • Experienced and skilled in areas such as process development as well as workforce management and reporting are highly desirable.
  • Experienced in sales and negotiation.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer-centric environment in the service industry (Telecommunication, financial institutions, tech start-ups and consulting).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • End to end Partnerships and/or Business Development experience
