Purpose:

  • Plan and implement all learning, talents, and rewards initiatives with HR managers/HR business partners in South Asia or North Asia region and aligned with Global Sourcing initiatives
  • Support learning, talents, and rewards programs, and its implementation in the region in accordance to regional/global direction
  • Lead the projects on learning/talents/rewards and people event of the region as needed
  • Support recruitment of key positions as needed

    Key Responsibilities:

    Overall

  • Assist HR Cluster Lead in planning and coordinating annual core HR processes in the cluster, including SCORE, Target Setting, Salary Round, Bonus Round, TLU, talent and succession activities, development Programs (e.g. Ambassador, 3Es, STAs) and its communication, briefing, and support on workshops as needed if need be
  • Be the contact point for Global/APAC Rewards and Talent & HR Champions, especially during annual core processes and work together with HRM in LOs in implementing Talent and Rewards initiatives
  • Lead and Coordinate the projects on Talent/Rewards/Learning and Sourcing people events of the region as needed
  • Maintain database for Talent and Rewards initiatives in the region

Learning

  • Develops a very clear and updated understanding of learning offerings available through the learning campus and the Sourcing People strategy initiatives
  • Using a structured and systematic approach Support and coordinate the annual process with HR business partners on training needs analysis of the clusterReviews quality of learning events by ensuring that the cluster reports on the quality of training delivery and transfer of learning by analysing feedback, tracking for training effectiveness and continuous improvement
  • Maintain and develop the information of trainer pools who deliver training in the cluster
  • Owns (while working in conjunction with the the APAC Talent – Learning team) the execution the training plan/calendar for the clusters.
  • Support HR Cluster Lead in sustaining learning organization culture in the region and work closely with HRM in executing the learning activities in accordance to Adidas group learning process and system

Talent and Succession

  • Develop strong understand of performance, talent and succession processes in the Group/Sourcing
  • Coordinate global/sourcing talent management and succession processes & activities in the cluster and assist the HR Cluster lead in implementing consistent talent management process in the region
  • Maintain and update talent profiles and tracking the progress of IDPs
  • Assist LO HRM in managing Sourcing Associate program to ensure quality talent pipeline at trainee level across divisions, including analyzing the needs, create a business network to increase functional trainee’s exposure and visibility
  • Analyze the talent population and provide overall picture in the region.

Rewards,

  • Develop a strong understanding of global/APAC rewards, comp and ben processes
  • Works with local HR teams in ensuring robust/clear comp and ben strategies are well developed for the locations and are aligned with cluster approach and global guidance
  • Support the HR cluster lead in Identifying efficiency and alignment opportunities, support to create one-experience across the region
  • Work together with LO HRMs and Hong Kong HR in providing standardize solutions for the region, such as in SOP, templates and processes, including local and expat.

Talent Acquisition

  • Supports the Cluster talent acquisition team as needed in cases of recruitment peaks

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Well-organized and pro-active
  • Mature, well-organized and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Good oral and written English communication skills
  • Good at MS Office application, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resources function in multinational company, preferably with C&B and Talent Management/Development experience
