Get to know the Role:
- Develop & manage Offline, In-Apps, Marketplace & Grab Vertical
- Maintain & expand new partnerships/business opportunities for Offline, In-Apps, Marketplace & Grab Vertical
The day-to-day activities:
- Lead financial institution engagement in Malaysia and across the region, focusing on partnerships, card products (Credit/ Debit/ Prepaid) and potential joint ventures.
- Lead delivery of Products related to FIs, from conceptualization to launch.
- Analyze business opportunities and emerging customer needs to recommend growth opportunities for GrabPay.
- Work in close collaboration with Head of Planning and Projects on GrabPay strategy and planning.
- Functional - Managing existing business opportunities/partnerships for Offline, In-Apps, Marketplace & Grab Vertical
- Develop new business opportunities/partnerships (for In-Apps specific)
- Customer - Payment Vertical Business Unit, Country Finance, Finance Operations
- People - Communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, local finance
The must haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking/ OR other related fields.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experienced in dealing with partnerships (with e-comm platform).
- Experienced in developing & managing payment related products.
- Experienced in business development & partnerships – strong market network.
- Ability to multi-task, attention to details and work under pressure to meet timeline.
- Good analytical skills.
- Able to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
