Job requirement

  • Direct and supervise the team in performing Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) initiatives, including safety inspections, training & promotion of WSH, giving safety advisories, etc. with the objective to reduce the number of workplace incidents.
  • Direct and supervise the team in performing Fire Safety initiatives, including fire safety inspections, training & promotion of fire safety, providing fire safety consultation, giving fire safety related advisories, engaging with fire authorities in doing joint inspection and exercises, etc., to reduce or eliminate fire occurrence.
  • Institutionalize a safety culture where hazard reporting, unsafe workplace and near miss reporting becomes a habit for our Team Members, as well as promoting the use of innovative solutions to reduce or eliminate hazards and/or workplace incidents so as to improve the well-being of our team members and increased productivity of the company.
  • Ensure compliance to the fire and safety requirements and regulation.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned/directed by the Vice President of Security Operations.
