Duties may include but not limited to:

• Manage the departmental performance, accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures; records and reports.
• Develop and support implementation of the credit & collections strategy
• Optimize the mix of Gaming Revenues and Bad Debt losses.
• Run credit checks and reviews.
• Ensure lines of credit are up to date.
• Recommend credit limitations.
• Assist guests in the completion of applications for lines of credit with casino.
• Review applications for completeness.
• Create and maintain credit & collections histories.
• Effectively manage internal and external guest relations.
