Get to know the Role:

The Manager, Corp IT Projects

• leads a team of project managers to ensure projects committed in the Corp IT portfolio are delivered on time and meeting customer satisfaction
• defines the right program/project structure and providing on-site leadership to the project team
• manages and prioritises portfolio demands, and plans cross-functional project resources (internal and external) to suffice project demands
• manages escalation with senior stakeholders and coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members

• negotiates with customers on project priorities and influencing/gaining buy-in from executives sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peers

• builds and maintaining relationships with business leaders to establish credibility, consensus and collaboration to achieve desired project objectives

• coaches, mentors and supervises project team members on emerging technologies, project methods and delivery best practices

• responsible for department's OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)

• strong advocate of Grab principles and leadership traits (Honour, Humility, Hunger and Heart)

The must haves:

The Manager, Corp IT Projects

• has at least 8 years of professional experience in Project Management

• has successfully completed at least 8 large or complex Corp IT/Infra/Network projects (average 500 mandays per project)

• has broad working knowledge of IT infra networks, IT AV, IT IAM solutions, IT Greenfield projects, etc
• has at least 2 years of people management experiences
• demonstrates strong leadership; walk the talk, understand what’s happening, and lead the teams and stakeholders
• demonstrates strong business acumen, commercial and analytical skills to negotiate and influence business stakeholders during portfolio planning and project prioritisation
• demonstrates excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills to develop team members to achieve full potential
• is continuously looks for improvements in processes based on feedbacks
• demonstrates full autonomy to work independently on semi ambiguous projects with some input for senior leaders
• demonstrates experience in supporting contractual, invoicing & commercial management and execution

The good to haves:

The Manager, Corp IT Projects

• has attained CCNA/CCNP/MCSA
• has attained ITIL Certifications
• has applicable knowledge of portfolio and project management tools
• demonstrates familiarity with Cloud technologies and/or SaaS deployment projects.
