Manager Bookkeeping services

• Prepare and review full set of financial statements in compliance with VAS standards.

• Perform consolidated financial reporting in accordance with VAS.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and documentation.

• Collaborate with auditors and clients during the audit process.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledges of VAS standards, accounting and taxable regulations and conduct the training to the team.

• Assist in developing and improving accounting processes and procedures.

• Support team members with complex accounting issues, especially related to VAS and taxable compliance.

• Monitor input and solve accounting problems performed by staffs, if any.

• Report directly the accounting issues to Director/Partner.

• Perform tasks upon higher level's requests, monitor and control works of Senior level below

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting; CPA Vietnam or equivalent is highly desirable.

• Proven experiences in accounting with strong VAS reporting knowledge and taxable compliance, preferably with exposure to foreign companies (especially for Japanese clients).

Priority for whom ever worked as Manager at Japanese Accounting Services Companies.

• Experiences in booking and preparing full sets of financial statements under VAS.

• Experiences in booking and preparing full sets of financial statements under IFRS is preferable.

• Experiences in structuring, management and leadership of bookkeeping team.

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is strong priority.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Have advanced ability to use accounting software, office software.
