Management Trainee – Operations

Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Management Trainee to work closely with the Vice President of Operations in executing key initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Quality functions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations management, data analysis, and project coordination while contributing to the company’s continuous improvement and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the VP of Operations in coordinating cross-functional activities among Production, Product Development, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze monthly operational performance data (e.g., output, cost efficiency, material stock levels).
• Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and follow-up action trackers for operations reviews.
• Participate in process improvement and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional communication across all levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau is a plus).
• High level of accountability, learning agility, and resilience under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
