Job requirement

  • Develop future Industrial Engineers (IE) and Production Engineers (PE).
  • Rotate across departments such as Production, IE, PE, PMC, etc., to gain comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing operations.
  • Support in process improvement projects, production optimization, and quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports; propose technical and process improvement solutions.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or other related technical majors.
  • No experience required – full training will be provided.
  • Good communication skills in English or Chinese.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and logical mindset.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to long-term career development in manufacturing.
