Management Reporting Analysis Specialist (analytics, data modelling)

OBJECTIVES

Establish, manage management reports; reporting systems and provide independent analysis based on requests of CEO to ensure the quality of data, reports and end-to-end traceability.

COMMUNICATION

Internal: CEO, Board of Managers, all key stakeholders- Risk, Finance, IT, Sales, BICC etc.

• Receiving requests, necessary information for generating report
• Create report requirement, and verify data sources
• Perform necessary analysis to understand about issue insight (if any)
• Training from BICC
• Extract data for reports from BICC systems
• Gather required information/data from BAU’s for Reports

External: Consulting partners/ external vendor to provide service for company

Implement key initiatives as per Management Board’s request

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactive to accurately understand on data/ reports to cooperate with related department to complete the report.
• Prepare management reports which across functions (Sales, Operations, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Credit Cards etc.)
• Define complex technical design/requirements for management reporting
• Design report templates, request BICC to build, and periodically send reports to related business units
• Coordinate with BUs to get data
• Perform analysis and modelling Provide initial insights/ conclusions
• Deploy requests in term of building reports in management information system (MIS)
• Classify, synthesize, track reports in management information system (MIS), and rationalize ad-hoc reports.
• Perform ad-hoc activities related to Management Reporting.

Education

Bachelor degree with majors: Computer Science, IT, Business management, preferably specialized in Risk or Finance

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Reporting, data & modeling, preferably working in Financial Services sector
• Hands on experience with any BI Tools
• Familiar with SQL, Oracle and IBM Netezza
• Good understanding of normalized and dimensional data modeling skills
