We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Planner to enhance workforce productivity and work quality by proactively anticipating and eliminating potential delays. This role involves planning and coordinating labor, parts, materials, and equipment access related to maintenance activities.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all plannable maintenance work within the facility.
- Maintain essential records and files necessary for meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related activities.
- Optimize reliability maintenance programs to ensure efficient operation.
- Ensure maintenance is carried out according to the preventive maintenance plan.
- Optimize spare part usage and manage requirements for special tools and equipment.
- Obtain blueprints, drawings, instructional manuals, and special procedures from files or other sources as required.
- Provide training to maintenance personnel on proper maintenance and reporting procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare and distribute control reports regularly.
- Work closely with maintenance technicians, engineers, and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of maintenance tasks.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce equipment failures.
* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
