Maintenance Engineer

1. Safety

• Promote a zero-accident environment.
• Conduct monthly SMAT, OSA, EMAT.
• Support machine safety standards and risk reduction projects.

2. Plant Performance

• Collaborate with production, maintenance, PQC, and automation teams.
• Develop maintenance procedures and workflows.
• Coordinate maintenance plans and spare parts preparation.
• Perform root cause analysis (EWO, 4M, Quick Kaizen).
• Optimize tools and mobile equipment.
• Collaborate with design engineers on mechanical parts and die sets.
• Manage innovation and automation projects.

3. WCM (World Class Manufacturing)

• Support reliability pillar and PM projects.

4. Other Duties

• As assigned by the line manager.

• Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing.
• 2–3 years in maintenance.
• Knowledge of TPM, stamping die sets, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Mechanical transmission systems (bearings, belts, chains, couplings).
• Cold roll forming and sheet metal stamping.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• WCM knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD 2D, and Inventor.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work under pressure.
