MA (Management Analyst) Specialist of the APAC FP&A team

[Organization/Position introduction]

•The APAC FP&A team oversees overall management of the food biz in the APAC region, including biz planning, performance tracking, risk prevention, capability transfer to emerging markets, and serving as the control tower.

[Detail in the role/responsibility]

•Analyze and Forecast Global Biz Performance for Short-/Mid-term Goals:

Plan the food business (Short/Mid) and conduct performance analysis.

Implement business metrics and derive insights.

Manage with FCF focus (EBITDA, interest, CAPEX, W/C).

•Support Global Food Business Initiatives:

Provide improvement plans for each country.

Check business issues and support proactive responses.

Support the establishment of emerging market management processes.

•Communication between HQ and subsidiaries:

Align HQ, regional, and country strategic directions.

Manage country execution based on KPIs.

Meeting management and preparation of standard reports.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred majors include Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in business management or finance roles in FMCG company overseas.

Competency:

•Proven experience in biz management, analysis, budgeting, or related roles

•Strong proficiency in financial reporting tools and MS Excel/PowerPoint

•Familiarity with accounting practices and principles in SEA countries

•Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

•Computer Skills : Microsoft Office 2010

Preferred: Prefer Korean candidates with professional proficiency in English skills.
