Get to know the Role:
Develop short and long-term loyalty program strategy to increase customer satisfaction and drive incremental spend.
Lead program engagement through earn and burn activities
Provide insights to drive the direction of reward offerings to ensure relevance to customer needs and wants.
Work closely within the marketing and business development team to on board and maintain close working relationship with external program partners.
The day-to-day activities:
Plan and execute Go-To-Market strategy for loyalty campaigns.
Monitor and report loyalty program effectiveness for events, redemption, offerings, campaigns and partner feedback.
Forecast and manage budget for loyalty marketing spend.
Be the country's point of contact for all loyalty and program related matters.
Involve with budget management for loyalty program.
Work well with Marketing and Business Development team to manage external partners.
Work with Creative team for briefs and marketing communications requirements.
The must haves:
Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Advertising & Promotion or Business Admin.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power point.
Min. 5 years of loyalty rewards program experience.
Campaign planning and account management experience would be an added advantage.
Fluent at English
