- Be responsible for arranging and managing BTL activities to introduce the products to customers and end consumers: events, sampling, activation, merchandising, retail audit, etc at all sales channels from conception through to completion, from planning to execution based on the Strategic marketing plan and Action plan and planned budget.
- Develop sales presentations, sales tools, product brochures, and other materials to support the sales team's efforts.
- Initiative outstanding and high quality marketing materials, visual materials, promotional gifts, and all POSM
- Oversee and maximize the use of marketing materials for the sales-driven activities
- Conduct performance monitoring, analyze sales data and report progress to ensure effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and dentify areas for improvement.
- Excellent English at speaking, writing
- Perform a strong execution capability follow-up to keep things on track.
- Pay attention to details and have a high standard, aim to perfection
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office, design software
- Eager for the new and creative things/ideas/experiences, stay updated with new trends, technology and marketing ideas
