Logistics warehouse supervisor

• Manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and minimal errors.

• Plan, design, and optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and streamline operations.

• Finding warehouse agent , set up procedure.

• Have knowledge about e-commerce, have ability to control stocks in e-commerce

• Develop and maintain warehouse procedures, SOPs, and workflow charts covering warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, damaged stock handling, and e-commerce fulfillment.

• Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with third-party warehouse providers, ensuring they meet operational, quality, and compliance standards.

• Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy, minimizing shrinkage, and optimizing costs.

• Forecast demand and coordinate order planning with the factory to prevent stock shortages for both retail and e-commerce channels.

• Prepare regular performance reports, including inventory status, incident reports, and KPIs.

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics/transportation partners to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless workflows.

• Identify, manage, and resolve conflicts, applying strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Take initiative to work independently while maintaining high responsibility, accuracy, and reliability.

• Ensure goods are properly stored, handled, and shipped in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

• Apply knowledge of import/export processes, supply chain management, and e-commerce operations to support warehouse efficiency and order fulfillment.

• Negotiate contracts and service terms with third-party providers to ensure optimal cost, quality, and reliability.

• Continuously monitor and improve warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Basic English communication skills 
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and supply chain concepts is required.
• Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management , e-commerce 
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
