Logistics Supervisor

• Take full responsibility for all customs and logistics operations at the Vietnam factory.
• Coordinate and manage customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese laws, import-export regulations, and company policies.
• Liaise with customs authorities and other government agencies for factory registration, inspections, and regulatory matters.
• Oversee all logistics activities, including inbound/outbound shipments, transportation coordination, and documentation.
• Support the setup and optimization of logistics infrastructure during the early phase of factory operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, International Trade, or related fields.
• Honest, responsible, and with high professional integrity.
• Solid understanding of Vietnam’s customs laws and import/export procedures.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and customs operations.
• Prior experience in new factory setup, especially in foreign-invested enterprises (FDI), and working with customs/government authorities is highly preferred.
