Logistics Sales Manager

* JOB DESCRIPTION:- Reporting directly to Deputy General Director – In charge of Oversea transportation:+ Directly manage Sales Department to achieve company’s sales target+ Conduct sales planning and follow up in line with company sales targets, objectives and strategies+ Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeline target+ Close follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain, grow and secure more businesses+ Liaise and negotiate with suppliers (ocean freight, air freight) to get suitable price+ Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, stocks level, plan routes and process shipments, if require+ Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvement+ Work closely with other departments within the company to provide satisfying service to customers+ Leading sales team. Taking responsibility to each sales representative’s target.* WORKING TIME & LOCATION:- Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Monday to Saturday morning, lunch time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM- Working location: 13th floor, BIDV Tower, 194 Tran Quang Khai Str, Hoan Kiem dist, Ha Noi* BENEFIT:- High salary and attractive commission- Working in professional environment, good conditions will be provided to promote personal abilities, with opportunities for promotion and personal development- The welfare package is fully in accordance with the Labor Law, Corporate Law, Law of the State the current social insurance

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 5 years working in Forwarder/Logistics Company, and 3 years working experience in Sales Manager position- Have a good command of English- Good commnunication, negotiation & analysis skill- Excellent leadship skill- At least university graduated, majoring in Business, Economics, Maritime, or other related fields
