Job requirement

  • Review full set of import shipping documents
  • Submit documents for approval and process payment for import–export fees
  • Check and follow up purchase orders with suppliers and shipping lines; update shipment schedule to relevant departments
  • Coordinate with customs agents to prepare all required customs documents and ensure timely customs clearance
  • Update delivery schedules for customers and prepare all necessary documents for delivery
  • Kiểm tra bộ chứng từ nhập khẩu
  • Trình ký và thực hiện bộ chứng từ thanh toán cho các chi phí xuất nhập khẩu
  • Kiểm tra, xác nhận và theo dõi các đơn hàng với nhà cung cấp và hãng tàu. Cập nhật tình hình hàng hóa cho các bộ phận liên quan.
  • Phối hợp với dịch vụ hải quan chuẩn bị chứng từ của đơn hàng, đảm bảo thông quan hàng hóa đúng tiến độ.
  • Cập nhật, theo dõi lịch giao hàng cho khách và chuẩn bị các chứng từ cần thiết cho việc giao hàng

Job requirement

  • 3rd-year or 4th-year students majoring in Import–Export, Economics, or related major (available for full-time working is preferable)

  • Careful, honest, proactive, and able to adapt quickly

  • Good English communication skills

  • Sinh viên năm 3 hoặc năm 4 các chuyên ngành Xuất nhập khẩu, Kinh tế… (ưu tiên có thể làm full-time)

  • Cẩn thận, trung thực, nhanh nhẹn và có khả năng thích ứng tốt

  • Tiếng Anh giao tiếp khá
