Logistics Executive/Specialist

1/ Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, and transportation units

• Update shipping schedules, freight rates, and suitabletransportation options
• Monitor the progress of import and export shipments,track the status of assigned cargo
• Prepare all the export documents for the shipment

2/ Coordinate with relevant departments

• Plan export shipments according to customer schedules and project management
• Plan to pick up goods from ports and airports to suit production schedules and warehouse space
• Ensure smooth cargo operations

3/ Ad-hoc tasks

• Consolidate and track incurred costs per shipment, and prepare periodic reports
• Communicate with government authorities or support forwarders during the customs clearance process
• Maintain and archive import/export files accurately and completely

1. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain,International Business, Import-Export or related field

2. Abilities & Skills:

• Negotiation skill
• Problem solving skill
• Knowledge of international trade operations and customs procedures
• Organizational skills, time management
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Experienced with SAP

3. Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience working with freight forwarders or in a similar logistics role 

• Qualification: Bachelor
