Domestic Delivery/ Giao hàng nội địa

Work with Sales team to develop a collaborative delivery plan through properly executing the Orders Management Process.

Làm việc với Bộ phận Kinh doanh để phát triển kế hoạch giao hàng hợp tác thông qua việc thực hiện đúng Quy trình Quản lý Đơn đặt hàng.

Develop logistics plans for current operations and logistics new operations plans.

Xây dựng kế hoạch vận tải cho các hoạt động hiện tại và kế hoạch mới trong tương lai.

Coordination and management of logistics activities to optimize payload and expenses per shipment

Điều phối và quản lý các hoạt động vận chuyển hàng hóa một cách tối ưu hóa về tải trọng và chi phí cho mỗi chuyến hàng.

Import and Export Process / Quy trinh xuất nhập khẩu:

·Arrange bookings and follow import and export shipments accordings delivery terms.

Sắp xếp đặt chỗ và theo dõi các đơn hàng xuất nhập khẩu theo điều kiện giao hàng đã thỏa thuận.

Coordination and management of forwarders and related sections to proceed import and export shipments smoothly.

Phối hợp và quản lý chặt chẽ với dịch vụ và với các bộ phận liên quan để các chuyến hàng xuất nhập khẩu diễn ra thuận lợi

Prepare and finalize import and export documentation for customs procedures.

Chuẩn bị và hoàn thiện thủ tục xuất nhập khẩu cho các thủ tục hải quan.

Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job requirement

Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, equivalent

Quản lý chuỗi cung ứng, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Quản lý công nghiệp hoặc các ngành nghề liên quan khác

1-3 years in Logistic & Import/Export

1-3 năm kinh nghiệm Vận tải & Nhập khẩu/ Xuất khẩu

Excellent in Excel / Thành thạo Excel

ERP/ MRP system / Biết sử dụng hệ thống ERP/ MRP

Statistics and analytic skills / Kỹ năng thống kê và phân tích

Manage Vendors and very strong communication skill / Quản lý nhà cung cấp và kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
