Experience:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process. This role involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Logistics Assistant Supervisor will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve efficient supply chain operations and cost control.
Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:
1. Liaise with overseas suppliers to receive, verify, and confirm documentation.
2. Maintain accurate purchase contract records through data updates and tracking.
3. Coordinate with shipping lines and agents for local charge payments, free time management, delivery order processing, empty container returns, and repair charge.
4. Collaborate with freight forwarders for customs declaration, phytosanitary certifications, delivery scheduling, and service cost management.
5. Partner with warehouse and planning teams to align delivery plans.
6. Manage demurrage costs, additional charges, and related services.
7. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on supply chain performance.

1. Independent in implementing assigned tasks and complying with company regulations.

Education: Graduated from University in Economics, International Business, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Experienced in Import/Export or related in logistics field or in international business is preferred but not required.
