- To co-ordinate the transportation (ship in and out), to engage in Customs and Inspection procedure and to maintain relationship with partners
- Working with the Sales for confirming sales order delivery time, update the changing timely.
- Prepare sales order document (shipping document, certificate, test report…) for the Sales in required project.
- Co-ordinating sale order delivery at project site directly.
- Working with forwarder for checking and controlling logistics cost; building relationships with partners, ensure to have alternative suppliers.
- Preparing Customs and Inspection document for imports shipments. Updating new regulation regarding to customs and inspection.
- Posting Purchase Order on ERP system, assigning Lot no for material on Purchase Order. Managing inventory on ERP system by location, Bin, Lot…
- Preparing packing list and Inspection Sample List for warehouse.
- Supervising Marketing products and cross-checking Physical Warehouse status as required
- Interacting with relevant departments (Sales, Accounting, Warehouse,..) to ensure the effectiveness
- Other relates Tasks as required by direct manager.
- At least 1-2 years experiences in Logistics, Purchasing Job is required
- High Accuracy level in working with Data
- Good in Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Very Good in Communication skill
- Good in both verbal and written English
- Positive and self-motivated, high sense of responsibility
