Mô tả công việc

JOB DESCRIPTION

DEMAND & LOGISTICS

· Work with PM to prepare forecast --> input FCST in APMS system

· Follow & update to PM for actual status vs forecast

· Prepare and submit IDC report quarterly

· Prepare & upload Inventory & Sell out from Distributor's excel file in FTP system

· Contact with Sale department to get further customers’ deals, calculate the quantity & lead- time and take plans to order the products

· Place Purchase order in system, send PO and contact closely with suppliers to ship the goods soonest

· In case HQ has no stock to supply, contact other countries to share products for Vietnam

· Manually creating invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, C/O and other documents relating to the shipment for AVN & Disties

· Follow-up the goods update to book the space (airplane and vessel, co-work with forwarders and regional HQ).

· Follow-up & manage 3rd party for customs clearance to ensure the shipment was received on time

· Update goods’ information to do related tasks (preparing documents, inform to customer…)

· Sending documents to customer: ICT (Type Approval Certificate), C/O, Certificate of Quality…

· Claim Insurance company for any shortage, damage issue

· Prepare and submit related documents to get ICT certificate

· Prepare and submit related documents to get Energy label (depend on Commercial team's demand) if need

· Provide Field test report & Local testing (ICT cert) status to AAP Fulfillment => impact on goods releasing lead-time

· Contact local supplier to buy component/ spare part as gift for sale order

· Collect & process payment to Forwarder/Agency/Supplier

FULFILLMENT

· Manage sale revenue, inventory, stock aging report websites of the company

· Manage & push Sale team/PM/ Marketing to clear consign out stock

· Key in & follow new system related consign out stock transferred to Internal use (tools)

· Update back order & lacking PO vs Forecast to push Sale team to get firm PO

· Coordinate with Sale department to push sale out & clear stock aging or high stocks

· Responsible for selling out, plan and follow-up delivery schedule to customer to ensure to meet the month/quarter target

· Prepare related inventory report for Head department/ Finance department

· Create new item master & upload the price in MFG system

· Rework on system if machine need changing spare parts or structure when receive the demand from Project team, send Work order and explain to Technician to work physical stock

· Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
