Loan Processing And Support Customer Officer

• Conduct disbursement document verification and data entry for the loan application. / Thực hiện kiểm tra chứng từ và nhập liệu để giải ngân hồ sơ vay
• Collect and compile related data. / Thu thập và tổng hợp số liệu liên quan.
• Assist customers at the counter and handle complaints. / Hỗ trợ khách hàng tại quầy và giải quyết khiếu nại.
• Carry out other tasks as required by the Head of Customer Service Department. / Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng Dịch vụ Khách hàng.

• Preferred 2 years similar experience gained in the banking or finance industries. / Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm từ 2 năm trở lên trong ngành Tài chính ngân hàng.
• Careful, patient, calm, and persuasive in dealing with customers. / Cẩn thận, kiên nhẫn, điềm tỉnh và kỹ năng thuyết phục khách hàng.
• Skill of Excel, Word.
