Livestream Operation Leader

We are seeking a responsible, enthusiastic & pro-active Live Operation Leader for our brands. This position will take the main role in livestream operation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the good operation & help the team to grow.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand the live streaming funnel data model, quickly identify problems and root causes, and be able to optimize and summarize to form executable plans, improving various key data indicators;
• Be responsible for the design of marketing activities and scripts, increase the viewers' duration and engagement rate, increase the CTR and the conversation rate of products;
• Plan and operate livestream platforms, including livestream personnel and schedule, livestream goals and themes, cross-departmental communication and collaboration,...etc;
• Control livestream strategies, track daily data, regularly analyze operation results, review livestream effects and make optimizations;
• Manage and train the team to improve the overall skills and capabilities of the Live team;
• Other tasks by the company.

• Fluent in English or Chinese (compulsory);
• College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Public Relations or related fields;
• Must have experience in ecommerce platforms (no need for exp in TikTok Live);
• Logical thinking and analytical ability, be capable of conducting data analysis using various tools;
• Good problem analysis and solving ability;
• Strong communication ability, good organization, coordination and management ability.
