Get to know our Team:

Lifecycle Marketing Manager will work under the Grab Food team which is responsible for the lifecycle of the Grabfood vertical. Under this team, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible from consumer / user acquisition ,engagement, and churn reactivation.


Get to know the Role:

  • Responsible for developing & implementing consumer acquisition & engagement initiatives
  • KPIs: acquisition growth, retention rate, frequency of usage, consumer spending, NPS, etc.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Discuss with relevant internal stakeholders to align on key initiatives to improve consumer acquisition & engagement
  • Breakdown the initiatives into implementable operational processes and KPIs
  • Set PICs in the team for each operational process and KPI
  • Provide necessary support to the team to ensure they achieve KPIs on time
  • Report the progress of KPI achievement to the Grabfood Marketing team

The must haves:

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good in written and spoken English
  • Minimum 5-6 years of primary experience in Brand marketing and CRM
  • Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
  • Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
  • Experience in strategy and consulting is a must
  • Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
  • Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
  • At least 5 years experience in Managerial field
