Legal Staff

• Review internal and external contracts upon the request of relevant Departments and/or as assigned by the Board of Management (BOM) or direct line manager.
• Draft new contract templates, internal documents, and other legal materials arising from the Company’s business operations, upon requests from relevant Departments and/or assignments from the BOM or direct supervisor.
• Provide legal advice on matters arising out of or in connection with the Company’s business operations.
• Conduct legal research on regulations and policies related to issues that may arise during the Company’s business activities.
• Carry out legal procedures related to the Company’s operations with State authorities upon the request of relevant Departments and/or as assigned by the BOM or direct line manager.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.

1. Education

• Having a solid legal background in Commercial Law or International Trade Law.
• Holding a Lawyer Practicing Certificate is an advantage.

2. Experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience in legal practice or consultancy.
• Nice-to-have: Previous experience in legal positions within the Southeast Asia region.

3. Skills

• Excellent legal writing, advisory, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
