Job requirement

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to the company's operations (60%)

  • Handling arising legal issues in business operations, including counterfeit goods, liaising with government authorities for dispute resolution, and addressing commercial, IP, investment, and export-related matters (20%)

  • Researching, reporting, and supporting legal matters related to overseas company/member operations (5%)

  • Processing administrative procedures related to business licenses and operational permits (5%)

  • Providing legal advice and identifying risks in business operations, liaising with government authorities when necessary (10%)

  • Other legal tasks as assigned by the BOD

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in law faculty.

  • At least 2 years experience in commercial and corporate laws or cosmetics field.

  • Experience in the manufacturing company, compliance field is an advantage.

  • Fluency in both oral and written English

  • Skill on to research and raise conclusions from legal regulations.

  • Able to work under pressure, pro-active, positive in work.
