JOB SUMMARY:

Legal Senior Specialist shall handle and support the Legal Manager to handle all legal matters in terms of the Company’s operation as well as the clients’ requirements

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Legal Research & Risk Analysis

• Research, study and analyze legal sources (laws, treaties, judicial decisions, etc.)
• Analyze current and potential legal risks
• Assist in legal due diligence

2. Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents

• Prepare contracts, agreements, and arrangements
• Review legal documents before final Legal Manager review
• Ensure compliance and accuracy of legal texts
• Draft official letters, PoAs, LoAs, decisions

3. Legal Document Control & Compliance

• Maintain and update legal literature
• Ensure legal documents (e.g. Charter, Internal Labor Rules) are up to date and compliant
• Monitor and file legal documents properly

4. Corporate Legal Procedures & Government Liaison

• Prepare applications for business establishment, adjustment, dissolution
• Liaise with competent authorities

5. Internal Legal Support & Governance

• Draft and revise internal policies and company regulations
• Participate in legal-related projects
• Create legal presentations
• Handle general legal admin tasks

6. Dispute Resolution & Litigation

• Assist Legal Manager in handling litigation, complaints, and claims

7. Legal Department Admin

• Organize correspondence and collect information
• Maintain department calendar, schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
• Other tasks assigned by Legal Manager
