Legal Manager (Real Estate, working in Quang Ninh)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Legal Manager (Real Estate, 2300 USD, ID18093):

• Liaise with relevant government authorities for administrative procedures related to business operations, including business registration, establishing company/representative office/branch, and making changes to business registration.
• Provide legal advice on operations such as sales & marketing, intellectual property, labor & employment, and other related matters.
• Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants for investment certificate amendments and prior investment approvals.
• Provide legal support for M&A transactions: draft, review, and finalize related contracts; give legal recommendations on project procedures, land, compensation, industrial estate, real estate, and project management.
• Draft, review, and revise various commercial contracts (lease, sales, service, construction, consultancy, etc.) in both Vietnamese and English.
• Support special legal assignments as directed by management.
• Handle dispute resolution: develop litigation strategies, prepare evidence, draft legal documents, and coordinate with external lawyers.

• Male/Female, under 45 years old
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (preferably with excellent academic records).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar legal position, preferably in real estate or industrial park projects.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws: Land Law, Real Estate Law, Enterprise Law, Investment Law, Environmental Law, Industrial Estate Regulations, etc.
• Proven track record in contract drafting, reviewing, litigation, and governmental registration processes.
• Strong commercial sense and project management knowledge.
