Our client is a leading financial company, we are looking talent with experience of inhouse legal for the position of Legal Leader as following:
- Advise, assist, guide, provide legal assessment relating to organization and operational activities of company;
- To evaluate, provide legal opinion for legal documents, business products and related forms managed by other Division/ Centers / Departments;
- To formulate or coordinate with other units to draft proposals to state authorities in order to dismiss, amend or supplement all policies, regimes related to company activities when necessary;
- To take part in litigation;
- To guiding and manage Legal consulting team to ensure the smooth operation;
- To distribute assignment to Legal consulting specialist under Legal consulting team
- To build up action plan of Legal consulting team;
- Other task assigned by line manager
