Job requirement

- To manage all company's seals
- To check, review or draft the contract of which value is less than VND50 mil before obtaining team leader's verification.
- To prepare period report of business activities under the laws
- To update on newly legal documents (policies of tax, labor, trading...) that related company's activities
- To prepare documents for obtaining licenses (Investment certificate, Business Licences and Sub-licenses...)
- To prepare the administrative documents and translate relative documents into Vietnamese/ English (if required)

Job requirement

Bachelor of Law or Public Administration
At least 03 years in corporate legal.
Skills: Comunication; Management; Consultancy; Organization
