Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a global company with health and beauty care industry. Our highly respected, innovative and modern client is seeking Legal and Corporate Affairs Manager with around 5 years working experience and strong experience in building relationship & dealing with local authority like VCA, MOIT, DOIT.

The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job summary: oversee the legal aspects of our business, safeguard the reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Work with and provide advice to other departments for a purpose of ensuring business operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and global consistency with corporate policies and procedures.
2. Covers responsibilities for all legal issues faced by the company, and with an aim to ensuring business operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and global consistency with corporate policies and procedures.
3. Cooperate with internal departments and provide business supports such as applying for business relevant licenses (excl. product licenses), manage/coordinate company provincial representative, in charge of all required reports

4. Lead the action to establish a good relationship and bridge with local governments as well as act as the point of contact in all company legal matters internally & externally
5. Suggest and lead the external affair activities with local direct selling association and get the advantage through PR activity to promote the company brand in related government units.
6. Crisis management: provide positive and effective suggestions and solutions for issues and crisis to higher management, lead and engage relevant departments to cooperate in joint efforts, make efficient and timely communication to government branches, to make sure the issues and crisis bring least impact to the company
7. Make sure to get the newest regulatory or related information, doing the analysis about business impact, come out the proper solution, and update relevant departments or the management on a regular basis.
8. Plan and execute people management and development to keep the talent in legal affairs team
9. Any other tasks assigned by Vice President.

Yêu cầu công việc

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS in Law or above degree
• At least 5-8 yrs work experience with 1-2 yrs at managerial level
• Experiencing in dealing with local authority like VCA, MOIT, DOIT is plus-plus
• Able to frequently travel within Vietnam
• Good negotiation and communication skills, esp English in writing
