JOB PURPOSE:

The Leasing Manager is responsible for taking a lead for improvement and renewal plan of layout and new tenant mix for Saigon Centre; keeping close relationship with existing tenants and potential prospects; and creating the strategic initiatives to compete with other malls.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct constantly market research on industry, competitors and update rental rate achievable by other shopping centres;
  • Be responsible for planning and implementing the tenancy mix for the renewal timing
  • Formulate, develop and implement leasing plan and strategy
  • Source suitable retail tenants both overseas and in Vietnam
  • Take a lead and work with Advertising & Promotion to execute and produce all marketing collaterals and promotion tools to support tenants
  • Prepare legal documents necessary for leasing of retail spaces
  • Negotiate leases and oversee the preparation of Offers and Tenancy Agreements.
  • Prepare Rental projection
  • Liaise with internal departments for leasing and marketing reports
  • Work with Interior Design, Signage Designer, Purchase of Sales, traffic count & other suppliers in shopping operation.
  • Other tasks assigned by General Manager of Saigon Centre Shopping Mall
